• eSIM profiles may be subject to availability and compatibility with your device, and we do not guarantee that our Services will be compatible with all devices.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices for our Services are listed on the Site. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payments for our Services may be processed through third-party payment processors, and by purchasing our Services, you agree to comply with their terms and conditions.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@planbesim.com. Please note that refunds may not be available for eSIM profiles that have been downloaded and activated.

7A. Liability Removal Statement

Plan B Technology Limited is completely against and prohibits any form of telecom scams and illegal activities. We want to clarify that we have no involvement with any users' potential engagements in such activities while using our Switch eSIM cards and data plans.

By accessing or using our Site and Services, you acknowledge that Plan B Technology Limited is not liable for any consequences arising from your participation in illegal activities or scams. We encourage all users to engage in lawful and ethical practices while utilizing our offerings.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Plan B Technology Limited, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site or Services or your violation of these Terms.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hong Kong to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.
